 Notice to Competitors

Format of Play – Individual Stroke Play + TEAM Scramble

18 Hole Division Boys & Girls – 9 Hole Divisions Boys & Girls – 9 & 6 Hole TEAM Scramble

Tee Times: 18 Hole Players – 12:30 p.m., 9 & 6 hole divisions will follow the 12:30pm Tee times

Note: Boy and Girl 18 Hole winners receive Florida Junior Tour exemptions based upon a full field in these divisions.

Spectator Carts Available: $15/18 Holes…$10/9 Holes at IRGF logo tent

 ***   Cook-Out Style Hamburgers following play – Grill Room – VBCC   ***

           ONLINE REGISTRATION

Cost:   18 Hole Divisions/$35 + $4 processing fee per player       Siblings ½ fee      

                       9 & 6 Hole/$25 + $4 processing fee per player       Siblings ½ fee.

Fees Include Cook-Out Style Hamburgers             Entry Fee Scholarships Available

Local Rules

  • Tee Marker Assignments noted on Pairings Sheet and Scorecards
  • Play all dirt/sandy cart paths as Common Playing Areas (no free drop)
  • Maximum Score:

When reaching DOUBLE BOGEY – pick up – ADD ONE STROKE – RECORD SCORE.

  • Play all possible lost balls & out of bounds as Stroke & Distance.

May apply Local Rule – Drop ball in fairway (add 2).

  • BALL DROP AREAS – Hole #11 beyond the marsh.
  •  Double check all scores upon finishing EACH hole (players only, not parents)

Note: Settle any disputes at that time between players.

  • Doubt as to Procedure: Play out 2 balls, then ask for a ruling to determine score.
  • Ties for the CHAMPIONSHIP – Boys and Girls…..ONE HOLE play-off. If still tied – chip-off at the clubhouse putting green conducted by an IRGF OFFICIAL. All other ties remain.

8) Weather Delay – ONE LONG SOUND OF SIREN……..REPEATED. RETURN to CLUBHOUSE

9)   STAY AWAY from lagoons……LET THE BALL GO…… the IRGF has plenty of replacement balls.

10) Bunkers – Play ball as it lies.

     11) Distance Range finders permitted.
