Grounded in the Five Pillars of IRGF, this program nurtures skills, confidence, and character through real-world golf experiences and mentorship.

Player Cadet & Caddie Cadet Programs
Player Cadet
Older, more experienced youth have the opportunity to serve as Player Cadets guiding less experienced players, assisting at training sessions, while developing as peer leaders.
Player Cadet Specialist
These young leaders combine golf knowledge, technology, and media skills to support IRGF’s mission while developing personal leadership and professional readiness.
Caddie Cadet
The Caddie Cadet Program introduces players to formal caddie training, etiquette, and club support while providing a steady income.
