The IRGF Players On-Tour program supports emerging middle and high school advanced junior players with the tools, coaching, mentorship, and funding they need to train, travel, and compete at the highest levels. Whether aiming for a collegiate golf scholarship or simply the best version of themselves, The IRGF Players On-Tour are guided every step of the way.

Our players compete in top junior tours across Florida and beyond, often facing high costs for entry fees, travel, lodging, and coaching. IRGF steps in to help close that gap ensuring that finances never limit a young player’s ability to pursue greatness.
Tournament Pathways
IRGF guides participants to the right events for their stage of growth, connecting them with:
- Florida Junior Tour (FJT)
- South Florida PGA Junior Tour
- Hurricane Junior Golf Tour
- AJGA (American Junior Golf Association)
- U.S. Kids Golf Teen Series (South Florida to the Space Coast)
IRGF support includes:
- Entry fee support and sponsor-a-player options
- Transportation coordination (when needed)
- Uniforms, equipment, and travel essentials
Weekly Warm-Ups & On-Course Coaching
During the season, Players On-Tour have access to:
- Pre-tournament practice sessions
- Small-group warmups with coaches
- On-course mentorship rounds
(focused on mindset, course management, and leadership)
Our team helps players review tournament performances, set goals, and maintain a healthy training rhythm throughout the year.
Scholarships, Leadership & College Prep
